* Render prompt, efficient accounting to insureds and companies
* Advertise my agency's products and services in an ethical manner

I pledge to my fellow members to:

* Compete fairly and honestly
* Observe the insurance laws of the State of Texas
* Work to improve the industry image with the public
* Abide, subject to the laws of Texas, by any decision of the Ethics Committee or the Board of Directors of the AIAT
* Work to improve communications and respect between my markets and my agency

An agency's membership is conditioned upon the approval of the Board of Directors. Upon membership termination for any reason, the agency would agree to to discontinue use of any and all AIAT logos and products. This agreement is in accordance with the By-laws of the Automobile Insurance Agents of Texas, Inc. and all of the above.
